Controlling | Finance Manager with team and communication talent - full or part-time (m/f/d)

In the position of Controlling / Finance Manager with team and communication skills , you will be a key figure in the planning, management and target setting of finance in our company.
Processing incoming invoices: You check, file and pay incoming invoices.
Order and contract management: You are responsible for the proper processing of orders and contracts with our customers, working closely with our sales team.
Invoicing: You create and send invoices for services rendered or products delivered.
Accounts receivable: You track payment runs such as: Outgoing invoices, incoming payments and follow up on late payments.
Liquidity management: You monitor cash flows, manage bank accounts and optimize cash flow.
Coordination and cooperation with the management and external partners such as tax consultants.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:
You have a commercial degree with at least 3 years of professional experience.
You are characterized by your high affinity for numbers, analytical thinking and your ability to interpret complex financial data and create precise reports.
You work in a structured, precise and conscientious manner and always maintain a clear focus on achieving the company's goals.

You have excellent communication and teamwork skills and can communicate complex financial concepts clearly and comprehensibly both orally and in writing.
You are motivated to work independently, but also have a high willingness to work in a team and share knowledge.
