As a planner in our architectural office, you are an important support for our team and play a crucial role in the implementation of our visionary planning concepts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Working through the client's workshop results to understand and take into account individual requirements and objectives
Utilize your technical expertise to ensure that creative concepts can be translated into workable solutions
Support in the implementation of the first three creative planning phases: Master plan, preliminary design and draft, as well as in further planning phases
Close cooperation with manufacturers, contractors and specialist planners to ensure that every hotel project is a complete success
We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:
Completed training or studies in civil engineering, ideally with experience in the planning or implementation of construction projects (hotel projects)
Strong technical understanding and know-how to translate innovative concepts into practical solutions
Ability to work in a team and motivation to work in a rapidly changing environment
Structured and conscientious way of working
Ability to work confidently under pressure and be resilient
Creativity and pleasure in implementing ideas
Good knowledge of German and English
