Growing up in the restaurant, the company founder became a fan of holistic hotel construction and gastronomy at an early age.The joy of traveling and the love for good hotels ultimately led to the passion for the hotel industry. With 30 years of experience in the catering and hotel industry, Kirchmayr Planung has become a proven expert in the field.
Kirchmayr Planung was founded to help hotels in their development to make the right building decisions.
After initial minor restaurant renovations, larger hotel customers such as Harisch Hotels in Kitzbühel or the Hotel Gmachl in Bergheim near Salzburg soon followed, and we have been supporting them very successfully ever since. The resulting increased demand for pure specialists led to a planning office that has grown successfully over the years with a focus on high-quality hotels.
At the same time, we strive to attract the right "A" employees to the company and to retain them successfully through bonuses, development opportunities, training and career opportunities.
Finally, we also decided to focus the company on the core competencies of creativity and uniqueness, especially in the important first three planning phases. Work phases 1-3 include: basic determination through our workshops (1), preliminary planning through master plan (2), design planning (3) and
