TO THE SUCCESSFUL HOTEL PROJECT
STEP 1
A workshop series from Kirchmayr Planung is generally divided into three parts. During the preparation phase, we will send you a comprehensive questionnaire. We will then carry out a detailed evaluation of your answers and create your individual value analysis. This plays a crucial role, as it ensures that we can take your values into account throughout the entire process.
STEP 2
Once this important aspect is ticked off, we start the three-part workshop series together. Together with experts from our team and a specialist, we prepare and plan one step of your hotel project after the other. We respond to your wishes, listen to you and take time for your ideas. So that you can build a successful hotel in the end!
STEP 3
In the follow-up phase, you will be sent a written summary in the form of workshop minutes. This means you always have an overview of everything and are well prepared for your successful hotel project.

1. ANALYSIS WORKSHOP
The first step is to determine what goals you have for your hotel project. By evaluating the questionnaire, you are brought into the planning process and we can find a common thread together. In the analysis workshop, we talk about your expectations and wishes and clarify which of these are actually feasible. Your building project is then divided into realistic steps. We take a holistic approach to planning right from the start.
2. STYLE WORKSHOP
Every hotelier has individual preferences when it comes to style, materials, furnishings and loose furniture. The style workshop enables us to precisely filter out your tastes. You can be sure that the joint exchange will result in concrete approaches for your very personal and individual design line!
3. STRATEGY WORKSHOP
This workshop determines which areas are really involved in the planned operation. Which ones are affected, necessary and required? How many rooms, how many seats and berths do you really need? We analyze in detail the uses of the rooms and their sizes, the need for ancillary rooms and storage space. These findings form the basis for your functioning and economically successful project.
