HOW DOES A WORKSHOP LIKE THIS WORK?
A Kirchmayr Planning workshop is generally divided into three parts. During the preparation phase, we will send you a comprehensive questionnaire. We then carry out a detailed evaluation of your answers and create your individual value analysis. This ensures that we can take your values into account throughout the entire process.
We are now launching our three-part workshop series! The first workshop - the analysis workshop - will be held live on site, but of course we can also conduct it online via Zoom on request. Together with experts from our team and a technical expert, we will prepare and plan one thing at a time. We respond to your wishes, listen to you and take time for your ideas.
In the follow-up phase, you will be sent a written summary of the workshop minutes. You will also receive a strategy report with steps for your successful hotel project.
WHAT IS THE "ANALYSIS" WORKSHOP ABOUT ?
The first step is to determine what goals you have for your hotel project. You will therefore be brought into our planning process via a detailed questionnaire so that we can find a common thread. In the analysis workshop, we talk about your expectations and wishes and clarify which of these are actually feasible. Your building project is then broken down into realistic steps. We take a holistic approach to planning right from the start.
WHAT IS THE "STYLE" WORKSHOP ABOUT ?

WHAT IS THE "STRATEGY" WORKSHOP ABOUT ?
This workshop determines which areas are really involved in the planned operation. Which are affected, necessary and required. How many rooms, how many seats and berths do you really need? We analyze in detail the uses of the rooms and their sizes, the need for ancillary rooms and storage space.
