STEP BY STEP ZUM ERFOLGREICHEN HOTELPROJEKT
STEP 1
A workshop series from Kirchmayr Planung is generally divided into three parts. During the preparation phase, we will send you a comprehensive questionnaire. We will then carry out a detailed evaluation of your answers and create your individual value analysis. This plays a crucial role, as it ensures that we can take your values into account throughout the entire process.

1. WERTE-WORKSHOP
Im ersten Schritt wird ermittelt, welche Ziele du bei deinem Hotelprojekt hast. Durch die Auswertung des Fragebogens wirst du mit in den Planungsprozess geholt und wir können gemeinsam einen roten Faden finden. Wir sprechen im Werte-Workshop über deine Erwartungen und Wünsche und klären auf, was davon wirklich umsetzbar ist. So wird dein Bauvorhaben in realistische Schritte unterteilt. Von Beginn an setzen wir bei der Planung auf einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz.
2. STYLE-WORKSHOP
Every hotelier has individual preferences when it comes to style, materials, furnishings and loose furniture. The style workshop enables us to precisely filter out your tastes. You can be sure that the joint exchange will result in concrete approaches for your very personal and individual design line!
3. STRATEGIE-WORKSHOP
This workshop determines which areas are really involved in the planned operation. Which ones are affected, necessary and required? How many rooms, how many seats and berths do you really need? We analyze in detail the uses of the rooms and their sizes, the need for ancillary rooms and storage space. These findings form the basis for your functioning and economically successful project.
WHAT IS THE "ANALYSIS" WORKSHOP ABOUT ?
The first step is to determine what goals you have for your hotel project. You will therefore be brought into our planning process via a detailed questionnaire so that we can find a common thread. In the analysis workshop, we talk about your expectations and wishes and clarify which of these are actually feasible. Your building project is then broken down into realistic steps.
