Als Architekt in unserem Büro bist du eine wichtige Unterstützung für unser Team und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Umsetzung unserer visionären Planungskonzepte.
Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen:
Working through the client's workshop results in order to understand and take into account individual requirements and objectives.
Use your technical expertise to ensure that creative concepts can be translated into workable solutions.
Eigenständige Umsetzung aller Planungsphasen: Masterplan, Vorentwurf und Entwurf, sowie bei weiteren Planungsphasen.
Close cooperation with manufacturers, contractors and specialist planners to ensure that every hotel project is a complete success.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium (Architektur oder Vergleichbares), mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung oder Umsetzung von Bauprojekten (Hotelprojekte).
Strong technical understanding and know-how to translate innovative concepts into practical solutions.
Sicheres Arbeiten mit ArchiCad 3D ist Grundvoraussetzung
Einsatz und Umgang mit KI Tools erwünscht
Ability to work in a team and motivation to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Structured and conscientious way of working.
Ability to work confidently under pressure and be resilient.
Creativity and pleasure in implementing ideas.
Good communication skills in German and English
