The next phases include the creation of a specific transformation concept and a feasibility study. Based on the results of the workshop, an initial inspection and an inventory, the market, location and property are analyzed in detail in this phase and the type of business and property concept are developed. The feasibility study takes particular account of economic and financial aspects as well as a management concept.
In cooperation with Kirchmayr Planung, we offer optional planning services in the next step, which include the creation of a master plan for your project and the final conceptual design of your hotel transformation.
